on the second Thursday of each month at
7.30 pm in the committee room of the Village Hall. |

| The Annual General Meeting is
usually held at 7.00 pm before the May meeting in the committee room of the Village Hall. |

| The Annual Village Assembly is
usually held on the Wednesday after the AGM at 7.30 pm in the main room of the Village
Hall. |

| The
deadline for items on the agenda is 5 pm on the Friday
preceding each meeting. |

| Members of the
public are always welcome to attend and speak at all
meetings. |
